Rob Chiu and Glenn Hardaker approached me to help them build an online presence for the Beyond: Black Day to Freedom book.

This issue covers issues relating to refugees, displacement and asylum seekers. The motivation behind the book is to help educate people to the issues that refugees and asylum seekers encounter and illustrate the challenges some people encounter to obtain their freedom.

All contributions to the book and website were provided free and this illustrates the unique nature of this newly emerging collective of internationally recognised creatives from around the world. The book consists of contributions from internationally recognised designers, photographers, writers and artists.
